Dr. Maria Cino is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto and is a clinical Gastroenterologist at the Toronto Western Hospital – University Health Network (TWH-UHN).  Dr. Cino holds an Honours BSc in Biochemistry from McMaster University, and a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario.  She completed her undergraduate medical education at  McMaster Medical School, and subsequently postgraduate education in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at the University of Toronto.    Dr. Cino is a former Program Director for the Division of Gastroenterology Residency Training Program, 2007-2018.
